Data Import
Upload a CSV file with columns: Timestamp, Point, Description, Units, Value. Headers are case-insensitive.
Location Metadata Import (Optional)
Storage LocationUpload the Salesforce Storage Location CSV (example headers: Id, Name, Simploud__Type__c, Test_Location_Type__c). This drives room mapping in Inspect.

Import Instructions
You can select or drag multiple report CSV files at once; all rows are merged. Each report file must have a header row (Timestamp, Point, Description, Units, Value). Optionally upload the Storage Location CSV to enrich Inspect room mapping with live metadata.

Data format notice
The imported data does not match the particle counter format expected by the Builder (e.g. non‑negative particle counts, Point/Description indicating particle monitoring). You can view and filter the data in the Raw Data tab.

Purpose
Supports in-process environmental monitoring of cleanroom zones and biosafety cabinets (BSCs) for GMP-regulated manufacture (e.g. ATMPs).
Raw Data
Minute-by-minute particle counts from EMS/BMS. CSV columns: Timestamp, Point, Description, Units, Value. When multiple rows share the same minute, only the first occurrence per minute is used (deduplication).
Operation Window
You define one or more time ranges per point (e.g. separate batches or phases). Use the + / − buttons to add or remove ranges. All calculations use only data within the defined windows.
Sensor Flag
Optional check (not part of the report). When enabled, flags points where all values are zero or where consecutive zero runs exceed the configured threshold. Useful for verifying sensor connectivity before reviewing results.
Calculations
For each window the tool computes: sampled volume, total particle count, concentration (particles/m³), and max count per minute.
Compliance
Results are compared to ISO 14644 / EU GMP Annex 1 in-process action limits: BSC → Grade A (≥0.5 µm: 3 520/m³, ≥5.0 µm: 29/m³), Room → Grade B (≥0.5 µm: 352 000/m³, ≥5.0 µm: 2 900/m³). A point passes (Within Criteria) when Total ≤ action limit (total) and Concentration ≤ 1 m³ limit and Max per minute ≤ action limit (per min).
Exclude Max (Per Min.)
When the Exclude Max (Per Min.) checkbox is enabled, the max-per-minute criterion is omitted from the pass/fail determination. Result is then based only on Total and Concentration.
Primary Use
Import EMS/BMS export → set operation windows per batch or phase → generate a Particle Counter Summary (Within Criteria / Out of Specification) for reporting and release.

Technical Reference
Duration (min)
Duration — elapsed time in the operation window in minutes.
Duration (min) = (Range End − Range Start) ÷ 60 000Derived from the per-point Range Start and Range End timestamps (millisecond difference converted to minutes).
Volume (L)
Volume — total air volume sampled during the operation window.
Volume (L) = 28.3 × Duration (min)Flow rate (28.3 L/min) multiplied by the Duration.
Total Part. Count
Total particle count — sum of per-minute particle counts within the operation window.
Total Part. Count = Σ Value (one per minute)Rows are deduplicated to one value per minute (first occurrence); duplicate timestamps within the same minute are discarded.
Concentration
Concentration — particle density normalised to particles per cubic metre. Not shown as a column; used in the Result check.
Concentration = (Total Part. Count ÷ Volume) × 1 000Converts litres to cubic metres (1 m³ = 1 000 L) to compare against the 1 m³ action limit.
Max Part. Count / Min
Maximum particle count per minute — highest single-minute reading in the operation window.
Max Part. Count / Min = max(Value) (one per minute)Taken after per-minute deduplication (same as Total Part. Count).
Action limit (total)
Action limit for total particle count — maximum allowed total for the sampled volume. Not shown as a column; used in the Result check.
Action limit (total) = (1 m³ limit ÷ 1 000) × Volume (L)Scales the 1 m³ action limit down to the actual sampled volume.
Limit / Min
Action limit per minute — maximum allowed particle count in any single minute.
Limit / Min = (1 m³ limit ÷ 1 000) × 28.3Scales the 1 m³ action limit to the volume sampled in one minute at 28.3 L/min flow rate.
Result
Compliance result — pass/fail determination for each point and operation window.
Within Criteria iff Total Part. Count ≤ Action limit (total) AND Concentration ≤ 1 m³ limit AND Max Part. Count / Min ≤ Limit / MinAll three conditions must hold. When Exclude Max (Per Min.) is checked, the Max Part. Count / Min criterion is omitted and the result depends only on Total Part. Count and Concentration.
OOS Timeline
Timeline of Sample Point measurements vs. configurable temperature thresholds. Values above the upper threshold (−160 °C) or below the lower threshold (−200 °C) are shown in red (Out of Specification).
No data available. Import a CSV in the Imports tab (Timestamp, Point, Description, Units, Value), then return here.
Red = day with Out of Specification. Only days with temperature data are selectable.
Values above upper or below lower are shown in red. Change thresholds and the chart and calendar will update.
